01. Punctuality & Attendance

• All participants must arrive at the venue by 8:00 AM for registration.
  Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the workshop.    
• Full participation is required throughout the workshop.
  Early departures are discouraged unless pre-approved by the organizers.    

02. Dress Code (Compulsory)

• Participants must wear comfortable gym attire in full black throughout the workshop.
  This dress code is mandatory.    
• Failure to comply with the dress code may result in exclusion from certain activities.    

03. Prohibited Activities

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  Any violation will result in immediate removal from the workshop.    

04. Conduct & Respect

• Participants must maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.    
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards instructors, staff, or fellow participants will not be tolerated.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may lead to expulsion from the event.  

05. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  Please take care of your items.    

• Large bags and unnecessary items should be avoided.  

06. Health & Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being.
  If you have any medical conditions, please inform the organizers beforehand.    
  
   
• Any injuries sustained during the workshop must be reported to the event staff immediately.    
  
  
   

07. Photography & Video Consent

• By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional and training purposes.
  If you have any concerns, please inform the organizers.    
  
  
   

08. Participation Certificate

• All participants who successfully complete the full workshop will receive a Participation Certificate at the end of the event.    
  
   
• Certificates will only be given to those who attend the entire session and follow the workshop guidelines.
  
   

9. Compliance with Workshop Guidelines

• Participants must follow all instructions given by the workshop facilitators.    
  
   
• The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with these rules without refund.   
  
   

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy (If applicable)

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
